MOKMONISM.— The Nauvoo Times and Seasons gives official notice that Elder Parley P. Pratt, has been appointed by the Council of the Twelve to come to the city of New York, to take charge of the press in that city, to regulate and consel the emgiration that may come that way from Europe, and to take the Presidency of all the Eastern Mormon Churches.
