Elijah FORDHAM (1798-1879).
Native of New York City, NY. Participated in march of Zion's Camp 1834. Received elder's license in Kirtland 1 Apr 1836. Ordained seventy 1836. Expelled from northern MO late 1830s. Healed by Joseph Smith after settling in IA, across from Nauvoo. Later called to serve in high council in IA. High priest endowed in Nauvoo Temple Dec 1845. Died at Wellsville, Cache, UT.[1]
