Mormonism.�The Nauvoo Times and Seasons gives official notice that Elder Parley P. Pratt has been appointed by the Council of the Twelve to go to the City of New-York, to take charge of the press in that city, to regulate and counsel the emigration that may come that way from Europe, and to take the Presidency of all the Eastern Mormon Churches.
