We would inform the friends of General Smith, that the Hon. Wm. Smith, (brother of Gen. Smith,) is in the city, and will address a political meeting of the Jeffersonian Democracy, on Tuesday evening next, at 8 o'clock, at Marion Temperance Hall, 183 Canal St.
