Local and Other Matters

FROM WEDNESDAY'S DAILY.

From Williamsburg.—Elder William Searle, writing from that place, under date of Sept. 24th, says: "I will leave here for Utah with the last company of emigrants, and Elder Henry G. Bywater will succeed me in the presidency of this branch of the church. Matters are moving along here very satisfactorily. We adding to our numbers occasionally, six having been baptized lately."

Brother Searle desires us to announce that parties sending letters to any of the members of the Branch should address P. O. box 152, Williamsburg, N. Y.
