Departures—Elder Rowland V. Walker, who has been transferred to labour in the Eastern States Mission, sailed for New York on the 27th ult., per s.s. Empress of Scotland. Accompanying Elder Walker was Elder W. Roscoe Hess, former secretary of the French Mission, who has been honourably released to return to his home.
