A few mornings ago the ocean steamship Nevada landed 321 Mormon emigrants at Castle Garden, New York, of whom 147 are Scandinavians, forty Swiss or Germans, and 134 English. They were accompanied by seventeen elders, who are Americans. Among the elders was B. I. Young, a grandson of Brigham Young.
