Dear Brother,--

I take this opportunity to drop you a few lines and let you know how we are getting along.

New York, July 29th.

We arrived at Castle Garden at 11 o'clock yesterday, all in good health and spirits, and we expect to leave here at 6 p.m. tomorrow night. We have found Brother Hart, and everything is all right.

Constantly wishing the Lord to bless you and all the brethren and Saints in Liverpool, Brother Johnson and the Saints join with me in love and respect to yourself and the brethren in the office.

Your brother in the gospel,

John Eyvindson.
