Elder Arthur Burton, secretary of the Eastern States Mission, arrived in Chattanooga from Brooklyn on the 5th of this month. He came for the purpose of attending the conference of the presidents and to report the conditions of this mission to the authorities of the Eastern Mission. Such workings here that might be put into practice there will be reported and, perhaps, put into effect.
