… Dr Sarah J Elliott a deaconess of the Protestant Episcopal church now in the service of Interdenominational Council of Home Missionary Women on a recent itinerary spoke 200 times in the state of Pennsylvania and in possibly a half-dozen of these meetings no Mormon elders were present. In all other cases she declares that educated cultured workers of this faith were present. In many instances they come forward at the close and courteously address speaker, assuring her that her statements are for the most part founded on a mistaken conception.
