Lived in Short Hills very near Short Hills Ward chapel from 1958 until 1969. Attended Hartshorn Elementary School adjacent to the Church, Millburn Junior High, and Millburn High School through my junior year. Moved to Salt Lake City, attended summer quarter at the U of U (early admission), then graduated from Highland High School in 1970. I served in the Switzerland, Geneva Mission which included southeastern France from 1972 to 1974. Married Nan Cook in 1974. Graduated with a BS in Fuels Eng. from the U of U in 1977 and continued for a doctorate in Fuels Eng. in 1982. Lived in Bethel Park, PA until 1990, Ponca City, OK until 1997, North Salt Lake, UT until present. I have 8 children. Served as Counselor in three bishoprics, Bishop of Pittsburgh 5th Ward, Scoutmaster, High Councilman in Stillwater, OK Stake, Ward Clerk, Finance Clerk, among many others.
