Summary
Contains an account of the arrival of 500 Mormon converts by ship. The article says the "secretary" of the group served a mission to India in 1851 (evidently Elder Joseph Richards) and gives a short history of his travels there and in Burma, Singapore, and St. Helens. The last third or more of the article editorializes against Mormonism.
