According to this item, an LDS congregation was meeting in Brooklyn's Eastern District at the corner of Grand and 11th Streets (now Grand and Hooper Streets). The article reported that Orson Pratt preached at the most recent service, ahead of guiding a group of up to 100 immigrants to Utah.
