The Pulitzer Murder

The Grand Jury in Manhattan to-day began its investigation into the murder of Mrs. Anna Pulitzer, the young woman whose body was found in the Jersey meadows and for whose death William Hooper Young is under arrest. Among the exhibits in the case is the trunk which is alleged to have been shipped to Chicago by Young and which contained the blood stained clothing of the murdered woman. Another important exhibit is the weight and stray which were found attached to the body.
